    What types of jewelry do you offer?

    We specialize in high-quality platinum jewelry, K gold pieces, and both natural and lab-grown diamonds, designed with a focus on elegance and craftsmanship.

    Are your diamonds certified?
    Yes. All of our natural and lab-grown diamonds 0.5 carats and above are certified by internationally recognized gemological laboratories such as the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and IGI (International Gemological Institute). Each certified diamond includes a grading report and a unique laser-inscribed code for verification.
    Diamonds under 0.5 carats are not certified due to their small size, which makes it difficult to inscribe a unique code. However, they are still carefully sourced and meet our strict quality standards.
    Do you offer custom jewelry?

    Yes, we offer custom jewelry services. Simply contact us via WhatsApp and let us know the diamond size and ring size you need. You can also send us a photo of a style you like, and we’ll create a custom piece just for you.

    We recommend regular gentle cleaning and storing your jewelry in a dry, soft-lined box.

    How is shipping handled? Is it safe?
    Yes, we take shipping very seriously. We exclusively use safe and globally recognized carriers such as DHL and FedEx to ensure your jewelry arrives securely and on time.
    Each package includes:
    • A printed receipt
    • A jewelry box and branded packaging
    • GIA or IGI certification, if applicable (for diamonds 0.5 carats and above)
    Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
